2 years of workmanship

We provide a 2 year workmanship guarantee from the date of completion on the work done by us.

Design guarantee

Ideal Renovation Auckland works with preferred architects and designers to provide free kitchen and bathroom designs during the quote stage. This gives a whole picture of the new layout to our clients.

Product warranty

All products like Fittings and Appliances supplied by Ideal Renovations Auckland carry a supplier warranty ranging from 2-15 years depending on the make and model (as provided by the suppliers).

15 years waterproof warranty with certificate (PS3)

We provide a warranty of 15 years on the waterproofing products that we use and the job is carried out by a qualified technician. A PS3 certificate is given by the Auckland council.

Time frame

We provide realistic timelines for your dream projects and deliver as fast as possible while ensuring the workmanship is of the highest possible quality.

Electrical Certificate of Compliance and Electrical Safety Certificate

An electrical certificate is the electrician's verification that the electrical work is lawful, safe and compliant.

No hidden cost (fixed price)

We work within your specified budget. Once the design is finalised and before starting any work we will provide you with an agreement and a fixed price based upon your specifications.

Insurance

We carry Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance (Limit of Indemnity General Liability $5,000,000).

Quality assurance

Regular onsite inspections are carried out by our project manager and site manager using very high standards to make sure everything is right at the beginning before moving to the next stage.

The workmen were incredibly friendly and easy to have around, and they completed all work to a high standard and right on schedule. I was especially impressed that the company director personally visited to carry out a quality‑control check on the finished work — a level of care you don’t often see. The team also cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, which made the whole process smooth and stress‑free. I’m very happy with the result and would confidently recommend Ideal Renovations to anyone looking for reliable, high‑quality workmanship.

				My bathrooms needed renovating so I called Ideal Renovations. A great company to deal with. Jimmy and his team were great. Very reasonably priced and great work was done. I always had great communication with Jimmy and his team as to the workman coming the following day and to the progress of the job throughout the whole time getting my bathrooms done. If there was an issue with anything, they were quick to resolve it. It was great working with Jimmy and his team, I highly recommend them, such really nice people. Thanks Jimmy and the team.

				We used ideal renovations to do our bathroom after a significant leak/ mould issue in an already worn out room. From the moment we dealt with Jimmy he was highly professional, arriving on a Saturday which was when we were available to quote , and turned around the quote in just a couple of days . It was significantly cheaper than a quote we received from another bathroom company. When we wanted different size tiles to the standard quote, the team quickly adjusted the quote and design for us. We added in doing up the adjacent laundry, and tiling in adjacent toilet- again there was a quick response and we were given a quoted price and very happy we did the additional work. If you need a job done fast, to a good standard and price, I would recommend these guys.
